Caroline Walker

Caroline did an incredible job helping us find our dream home in Greensboro! She was extremely responsive throughout the entire home buying process. She was always flexible when it came to scheduling viewings and getting access to the house when we needed it. She was even more valuable from the offer through closing with negotiations, helping with questions, checking in with us to see how she could help, and coordinating a smooth close. Caroline really helped make the end-to-end process easy for us, especially as out-of-town buyers that were selling a house on the same day as we were buying a house. We cannot thank her enough!           – Chris Kerby

Meet Caroline

Caroline joined the McGarrigan Group after spending more than ten years in property management and over two years buying and selling properties. Caroline’s move to the residential sales and marketing side of the real estate industry has given her the perfect opportunity to share her strengths, talents and interests with clients. She cherishes time spent with family and friends in her home, and recognizes the importance of helping people find a home where they can make memories to treasure.

Architecture and home improvement projects have been long-time passions for Caroline. She enjoys evaluating real estate, determining what makes a property unique, and helping clients plan renovations or upgrades to restore character or increase the value of their homes.

Caroline moved from Princeton, New Jersey to Greensboro when she was a sophomore in high school. She graduated from Grimsley High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in zoology and minor in Spanish from North Carolina State University. She has been married to her husband, Bryan, since 2010 and they have two daughters. Caroline and her family are active members of First Presbyterian Church. She enjoys running, working out, eating good food and spending time with family and friends as often as possible.

Caroline knows that the process of buying or selling real estate can be challenging. She encourages clients to find an agent who can openly discuss and stay focused on their wants and needs throughout the process. She works hard to earn her clients’ trust and helps them navigate each step with ease. Clients can consistently expect a positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to success when they work with Caroline.
