I rent a home from DJ and have had a great experience. He acts quickly if anything needs attention. For example, we had a problem with the refrigerator. A handyman was immediately sent over and after a determination that it was not fixable a new refrigerator was provided. The home was/is kept in excellent condition and DJ has continued to make the necessary capital expenditures and repairs to ensure it looks nice and is safe and comfortable.
